The main reason is the deterioration of reinforced concrete structure which mainly results from steel corrosion, caused the maintenance expenses of structure is very high and the accident is to make people pay a painful price. However, due to the environmental conditions which ordinary concrete structure in and itself material influence, the structure is very easy to durability problems, such as corrosion of reinforcement, Which led to the ordinary concrete structure endurance reduced. The corrosion of reinforcement that affect the concrete rust is important factors, However, the measurement accuracy of traditional structure durability monitoring technology is not high and can't achieve real-time measurement; Traditional residual life prediction method without considering factors affecting the durability of stochastic characteristics is based on the deterministic methods. It don't conform to the Chinese code design thinking and the probability limit state actual results.Therefore, the study of durability technical monitoring and reliability life prediction currently has the significant social and economic benefits and practical value research subject.The main work in this paper includes the following aspects of content:1. The current domestic and foreign research achievements of durability and reinforced rust expansion are systematically elaborated, the existed issues in the expanding process of corrosive crack have been pointed out by the analysis and comparison.2. Optical fiber sensing technology are introduced systematically the fiber Bragg grating sensor principle and monitoring of superiority, Based on the mechanical analysis and the theoretical analysis, verifying FBG used for the feasibility of reinforcement corrosion monitoring.3. Based on the given durability failure criterion, in conjunction with the relevant statistical probability distribution of influencing factors, the reliability analysis of ordinary concrete structure was conducted in the chloride environment through the Monte Carlo random simulation. 4. The concrete cover depth is a basic variable to ordinary concrete durability. Based on the durability failure criterion and Durability probability distribution characteristics of influence factors in the chloride environment, considering when other parameters constant, along with the increase of discreteness cover thickness of concrete structure, It is the influence on the concrete structure along with the increase of discreteness cover thickness of concrete structure,5. The research work of this thesis has been summarized, and the research trends in the future are have been forecasted.The work of this thesis is part of National Natural Science Foundation (51078334).
