Aiming at the vibration information of the traditional methods used in the dynamic balance with measurement error,which is collected from single-direction signals of rotor, by the combination of full vector spectrum theory and rotor balancing methods,full use of comprehensive information of rotor vibration,diagnose the fault of unbalancing rotor diagnosis, and present an full vector dynamic balancing method based on influence coefficient method,then,through theoretical analysis and experiments,research on its balancing precision and balanced effect, finally develop balancing equipment. Main job of this paper includes:1.Introduce the application of full vector spectrum in fault diagnosis,and present the concept of the full vector dynanmic balancing. Combined characteristics of the unbalance rotor with full vector spectrum technology, the unbalance rotor fault can be more reliable, more accurate monitoring and diagnosis.With full vector unbalance response as measurement items,both the error of the traditional single-channel analysis can be avoided,and the maximum amount of unbalance vibration can be reduced.2.Full vector dynamic balancing method possesses higher balancing precision than the traditonal dynamic balancing methods,which is proved by theoretical analysis and experiments.Starting from the analysis of the vibration of single disc rotor model,from the view of unbalanced sensitivity, the sensitivity formulas of full vector dynamic balancing method and traditional dynamic balancing methods are deduced.Because the rotor with higher unbalanced sensitivity has higher balancing precision,it's proved that full vector dynamic balancing method possess higher balancing precision.3.Full vector dynamic balancing method possesses good balanced effect,which is proved by experiments. The formulas for calculating balancing efficiency is presented. With balancing efficiency as a measure of balanced effect,comparison of balancing efficiency is given among the balancing methods, which use horizontal vibration, or vertical vibration, or full vector unbalance response as measurement items in the one plane and two plane dynamic balancing experiments of rotor modell,then get the conclusion of balanced effect.4.The development of balancing equipment based on full vector balancing method. Using VC++ for interface design and Matlab for data processing, develop balancing equipment, which can perform both one plane and two plane dynamic balancing of the traditional single-direction signals, and one plane dynamic balancing of full vector dynamic balancing.
