With the rapid development of our national economy, accelerating the modernization process, auto possession increases unceasingly, traffic and transportation is more and more big. the axle-load enlarges unceasingly, heavyloaded, overload phenomenon is more and more serious. Slippage offten appears between base course and surface course in Lime-fly ash stabilized aggregate base asphalt pavement,and it's one of early common disease in the asphalt pavement. Therefore,based on slippage causation between base course and surface course, by investigation and analysis of shearing strength between base course and surface course and shear resistant abilety test,the paper, puts forward an effective new technology to strengthen two courses of lime-fly ash stabilized aggregate base asphalt pavemen, namely lime-fly ash stabilized aggregate base surface rough treatment.This paper analyzes the reasons caused by combining undesirable between the base layer and surface layer, testifies the importance of the state of the union between the two layers for asphalt pavement life. Introducing the idea of rough treatment;With multilayer elastic layered system theory as a foundation, using Bisar 3.0 software, calculates the stress and strain in different load and different surface contact state between the base layer and surface layer, and got the affective factors of interlayer shear; Briefly introduced the working principle of cleaning machine, and the lime-fly ash stabilized aggregate base top surface clearing float pulp and making galling rough treatment technology; Relying on with civil engineering, through contrast test, analysis the rough technology's effect on improving combination between the base layer and surface layer; By using the engineering theory of the life cycle cost, analyzes the economy of this rough treatment technology, demonstrates the feasibility of application in highway engineering construction.
