With the continuous development of social and economic level, there are more and more river-crossing constructions,dyke-through constructions and constructions beside the river. These buildings will have an effect on river flood control when they play their own role. Then the impact of construction on river flood control and the impact of flooding on construction project both need to be evaluated to find the possible negative effect when the project is constructed within the scope of the river management. Several safeguard measures will be provided to prevent the adverse effect of project construction to flood control project and ensure their projects'own security.Firstly, the principle and theory of Flo2DH model has been explained. The grid generation technique and pier generation method are then described in detail. On the basis, direct adding pier method in quadrilateral mesh form has been used to calculate every backwater height in case of Multi-Bridge River. The method has been verified to be simple and practical. Then, the pier sorted by zero flux in triangle mesh has been done hydrodynamic simulation to obtain bridge opening and downstream flow changes before and after the projects, flow field changes and streamline state of piers (there are different angles between bridge axis and flow)nearby the project field based on the multi-bridge case. Finally, the impact on both sides of the dike has been analyzed and several measures to eliminate adverse impacts have been provided.
