With the rapid economic development and skilled tunnel construction technology, Some countries have built long and deep-buried tunnel, Also, These countries have met with different levels of high-temperature geothermal water (steam) problem. Domestic and international data shows:Japan, Switzerland, Italy and other countries in dealing with the tunnel heat damage has accumulated much experience, and our country has relatively few complete sets of technology and information and also lacks the relevant aspects of The study because of almost no hot damage problems appearing in our previous construction of the tunnel. However, with the Western China's rapid development of railway construction, heat damage problem has gradually grown in some long and deep-buried tunnels. Survey data from the current point of view, shotcrete is used at home and abroad under the high temperature and to ensure that all aspects of the performance of its technology is not perfect, therefore, how to make the shotcrete's work performance stable under the high temperature is a trend in the future of the Shotcrete duty.In this paper, the actual projects with Gaoligong Mountain tunnel of Dali-Ruili Railway heat injury treatment new materials and new technology research as the basis, the main raw material required for the experiment were tested according to the relevant specifications, and then the shotcrete's basic and thermal properties were studied, next, there is a exploratory study on the bond strength of shotcrete and rock, Finally, the construction process of shotcrete in the Normal environment and thermal environment was compared in a simple and general way. In the process of studying on the bond strength of shotcrete and rock, this paper designed a set of experimental program for studying the bond strength of shotcrete and rock in the thermal environment, the program's design conditions is basically consistent with the actual conditions.This paper shows:at a constant temperature environment, the basic properties of shotcrete is relatively stable in the short term, but the performance of long term shows a downward trend whom is enhanced as the temperature rises; there has a certain Bond strength between shotcrete and rock in hot environments, through observation and experimental comparison, The nature and the roughness of rock surface is the main factors influence the bond strength, but the Mix Proportion and curing temperature is not obvious.
