With the rapid development of high-speed railway, more and more people have been paid attention to advantages of safe comfortable and rapid. When train's speed achieves 250km/h or above, the influence of aerodynamic force created by high-speed flow impact on train's parts is increasing, especially the pantogragh, which take the energy from catenary. Aerodynamic influence of pantogragh effect the collection quality of pantograph-catenary in high-speed railway, the collection quality will have a direct impact on the performance of the train moving.In order to meet the EMU's current-collection, we should take aerodynamic performance into consideration, then improve the collection quality by stability of aerodynamic balance control.This paper which beginning with the point of aerodynamic aim to improve the aero-dynamic performance, Analysis the aerodynamic of pantogragh's parts,carry aerodynamic balance control on high-speed pantogragh, meet the quality of current-collection.First of all, on the premise of master the basal knowledge of aerodynamic,it's necessary to apply the theoretieal knowledge to high-speed pantograph.From numeric theory,calculate the lift force and resistance force of pantograph's parts by establishing the value formula of high-speed pantograph,research the performance of the quality of current-collection.When train running in high speed, the flow will impact on the collection quality of pato-graph-catenary.The problems with current collection of high-speed pantograph, we can propose reasonable suggestions and measures by numerical computation and simulation. One method which provides the lift force by adjusting the different angle of air deflector is a best way to meet the contact force requirement of pantograph-catenary, meet the EMU's current-collection. Meanwhile, another method that study the aerodynamics effect of distortion spring on pantograph,then improve the collection quality by stability of aerodynamic balance control.For the method of control by air deflector, this paper selects the deflector section shape approximate to aerofoil E168. The pressure distribution and the velocity distribution are calculated when different flow angle attack around the airfoil of air deflector, and the Lift coefficient and the drag coefficient in corresponding angle.Then, the lift force and drag force produced by the air deflector are calculated, Obtains the Rule of the air deflector aerodynamic force changed with different angle, then improve the collection quality by stability of aerodynamic balance control. For the method of control by spring, This paper carries the statical analysis on the spring at first, calculated the different distortion situation with different load spring's stress, then carry on the simulation on aerodynamic performance of section shape for spring on pantograph, obtains the Rule of the spring aerodynamic force changed with different stress.proposed that the reasonable control plan of spring distortion, then improve the collection quality by stability of aerodynamic balance control.
