After the earth-quake, repairing the road quickly is the most important thing. With the disaster situation of the earthquake-stricken area is in-definite, and earthquakes and secondary geological disasters are striking constantly, getting into the disaster area from the ground to learn the damage degree of traffic facilities is very difficult for us, so we cannot scientifically calculate how much time needed for repairing the roads well and anticipate the degree of recovering the traffic capacity well. Information missing directly affects and constrains the correctness and the validity about the scheme of emergency rescues and the disaster relief work. Meanwhile, Remote Sensing Technology becomes the principal means to getting the disaster information of the earthquake-stricken area, and Low-altitude Remote Sensing is the preferred means. The large scale images obtained by Remote Sensing Technology is only the first step, how to use these images information to provide scientific basis for the work of repairing roads quickly has important practical-value.Evaluate the damaged extent about roads of Wenchuan earthquake-stricken area based on the large-scale true-color images of the earthquake-stricken areas gained from Low-altitude Remote Sensing platforms, translating the qualitative description for the damaged roads to the quantized information targeted value, and evaluated the degree of damaged roads. We need to learn the construction difficulty degree of the damaged roads for guiding the work of repairing damaged roads pointed and accuracy. But the construction difficulty of roads depends on the nature of the object covering on the roads. The object covering on the roads contains the soil and the gravel is constructed easily, but the object covering on the roads contains rocks is constructed hardly. The construction difficulty of the damaged roads depends on the construction difficulty of the toppling mass rocks. The low-altitude remote sensing images about 5.12 Anxian earthquake-stricken area is the basis information in this paper, improving the clarity of the images by the enhancement methods, and using the software of Virtuozo-AAT to make aerial triangulation encryption of the researched region, and map the topographic map and made the Ortho-photo map by JX4 workstation. First, match the remote sensing images to the topographic map by the ArcGIS software, vectoring the toppling mass rocks by ArcGIS software, and making use of the rocks'area vectored to configure out the rocks'volume indirectly. Using the volume information of the toppling mass rocks and the capacity of the dredging machine of Xiaosong PC240-8 to define the construction degree ratio, and made the thematic map about the toppling mass rocks'construction degree ratio. In this paper, the thematic map responses to the distribution of the construction difficulty degree about collapse rocks, it provided the quantitative and clear scientific basis for the work of repairing roads. Evaluating the construction difficulty of the roads in stages from a whole, and made the construction difficulty distribution map of roads from the construction difficulty distribution map of the toppling mass rocks. The results of tins experiment showed that the thematic map of the degree of construction difficulty about collapse rocks has important practical-value.
