Research And Made Of TLB-J Slurry Circulating Pump

The paper introduces the influence of usage environment, water power design method, some design parameters of slurry circulation pump on its performance such as media properties, matching of pressing water room and impeller, structure parameters of impeller, material of flow passage components, and so on. It does optimized design to impellers and cases of TLB-J slurry circulation pump based on digestion and absorption of advanced design experience and structure abroad and home, and connection with the project using slurry circulation pump in wet desulfurization system in power plant 2×600MW unit in Henan. It adopts the method of square grid drawing to draw impeller in AutoCAD software. In the meanwhile, it analyzes and represents rust, wear and its mechanism under the usage environment. And it introduces the development and research on material of slurry circulation pump according to slurry characteristic.
