Fault Diagnosis System Of Gear Case Based On Analysis Of Vibration Signal

Gear case as universal connectivity and power transmission components,has been widely used in the modern industrial equipment, but as an easy-to-failure of components, its running performance has a great influence in the whole machine h. This article analyzes the form and characteristics of gearbox failure put forward diagnosis based on the analysis of vibration signals of gearbox fault and analysis the methods of vibration signal processing of gearbox, including analysis of vibration signals in time domain parameters, analysis of resonance demodulation and Cepstrum analysis. Then,use Visual C and acquisition card Rui Bohua RBH8351 to prepare the real-time data acquisition gearbox vibration data software, features include parameter setting, data acquisition module, signal real-time display module and the data storage module. Finally, Collecting and analysis data when gearbox fault gear and bearing fault occurs with compiled data collection procedures.
