In order to improve the fighting capacity of military ships, military training is essential. However, restricted by the equipment, the battlefield environment, the meteorological environment, funding and other elements, military training can not carried out on the rails, which is bound to affect the fighting capacity. In view of the above problems, the development of shipboard artillery command training simulation system is of great significance for the improvement of the fighting capacity of the naval force.Based on the whole process and the environment during shipboard artillery firing, the mathematical models of the ships, the shipboard artillery, and the ocean were established in this paper. A new method for fire distribution and firing scoring was proposed. Correction method was given by a simple analysis of the influence of the swing of the ships and the wind. What's more, it proposed a single detection algorithm of the collision of the shell and target, presenting the simulate visual picture when the weapon shut the target. It used 3DS Max software to make a three-dimensional model of the structure of naval vessels, shipboard artillery, shooting targets.Then the model was export to OpenGL for simulation on the platform Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server database software was also used to develop a shipboard artillery command training simulation system.
