With the continue development of the world economy, it is very obvious that energy and environmental pollution against the rapid development of economic. Countries around the world are seeking sustainable economic development. It is consensus for them to explore continues the new environmental, friendly and renewable energy. Solar energy as an important renewable and green energy,. How to invert DC generated through PV into the available city AC is paid to consider as national priorities in this research field in the world. It is context, countries engage to develop and research for a photovoltaic inverter. How to improve the conversion efficiency of the inverter, reduce the cost of photovoltaic power generation market is the key.TMS320F2812 DSP, a high-performance digital signal processing chip, is used to controlling the core in our research. IGP50N60 model of Infienon corporation is selected as switching device. Through the technology of electronic and DSP and programming, the single-phase off-grid PV inverter is researched. The main tasks are as follows.First,this paper introduces the principle of photovoltaic power generation system. The focus is placed on application of photovoltaic in the system at advantages and disadvantages. Analysis and comparision of three major inverter topologies in this paper are discussed. Full wave and full bridge inverter with high-frequency transformer isolated structure is used, and the appropriate switching devices is also selected by the designed requirements.Second,the overall design of 500W inverters completed. Diagram of the system is given. The role of each component is described. TMS320F2812 as the main control hardware circuit chip, is designed with its voltage sampling circuit, IGBT drive circuit, auxiliary supply circuit and etc. The software design includes IGBT drive program and digital design of PI controller and etc.Third,500W experimental prototype in the experimental tests show that DC energy by the inverter outputs AC sine wave which reaches the city electricity requirements:220V±10%,50±0.2Hz,votage and frequency are within the allowable deviation。...
