Economic development impetus to the development of transportation, oppositely, The development of transportation have more promoted economic development. During the period of economy and traffic is fullly developing, More and more large-span bridge across the joint river-crossing appeared, The ship hitting Bridges accidents occur frequently. In each boat crush bridge accident, it brings disastrous consequences, Besides casualties and huge economic losses, The indirect influence caused by traffic jams can't be estimated. Therefore, the research about ship hitting Bridges problem is the urgent problems that must be solved, in recent years, domestic and foreign scholars have around this problem conducted extensive research.Ship-bridge collision in a very short period of time, during this process ,there's very large load and complicated dynamic nonlinear response. In the collision regional, components will quickly beyond elastic phase to flow phase, and accompanied by plastic stage of materials such as buckling failure and destruction of various forms, and still exist many uncertain factors, so it is difficult to simulate the process by establishing accurate mathematical model. Along with the nonlinear finite element technology development and computer level enhancement, through all sorts of finite element software to solve ship that hit a bridge have become effective way.This paper will focus on collision process of dynamic mechanism and hit-ting two major problems, using ls-dyna software to simulate the collision pro-cess. The simulation simulate different tonnage vessels, diffient ship hitting speeds, analyzes the process of collision dynamic response components. Through modifiing all the elements effects a collision mechanism study the optimization scheme of the anti-collision equipmnt .Full text research content as follows:①Review research developmen of ship collision mechanism and ship-bridge collision and pier protection device.②Systematically introduces the types of anti-collision facilities and the function of each anti-collision facilities.③Reviewed the basic theory of dynamic nonlinear finite element metho d , and made a comprehensive introduction to dynamic nonlinear finite element software ANSYS/ls-dyna whitch used in this paper,specifically described thecontactting technologies in detail.④summarized the working mechanism of some constitutive model underwoking lording,and make a compare between some constitutive model whitchused by finite element software.⑤Establishing finite element model and analysis dynamic nonlinear of the collision process,considering different DWT,different speeds, comparing andstudying ,launched a simplified hitting force formula, comparing the result topresent Standard formula; At last, making a further study to influence of thefactors of anti-collision. Hoping this can provide some reference to the development direction of collision-proof system.
