With the development of power system and the expansion of power network, the struction of power network is increasingly complex.The distribution and control of power system have becoming much more and more complex. The traditional experience by dispatcher or completely artificial distribution and control measures have been unable to agree with power of high quality and efficient operation, which requires the power network develop to the intelligent direction. It is different from the main power network that the radiating regional power network in order to ensure the reliability of power supply have many BATS.Because bats plays a very important role in the regional power network for ensuring power network safe and reliable,it is widely uesd as secondary equipment. Whether bats can be put in correctly and quickly for safe operation of power system is an important issue. People have made a in-depth research for logic control of bats and obtained some achievements. However,with the development of power system and smart grid in our country,jt need higher requests for bats. Bats could be put in correctly and quickly in the regional power network so that it brings a lot of positive effects for people's life.But now there is such a phenomenon few people make a research:after BATS is casted,the load is transferred to the standby power. It may make the load overloaded,cause many security problems and even bring much damage to power network. Therefore, according to the structure of the regional power network, the mode of normal operation and the characteristics of the load,ultra-short term load is forecasted to analyze the security after BATS is casted, and then make a appropriate control strategy for BATS.It is very necessary in advance. In this paper:the online on/off system of intelligent BATS based on ultra-short term load forecasting could make BATS casted in time in the basis of ensuring power network safe and reliable.On one hand, this paper analyzes influences and control strategies for BATS; on the other hand, a method by using PAS and load forecasting module in the DF8003 system is put forward that we develop a new module the online on/off system of intelligent BATS based on ultra-short term load forecasting. DF8003 system uses a hierarchical structure with a strong expansion and supports for open systems interconnection.The online on/off system of intelligent BATS includes functions such as:judges when BATS operate in advance,load flow calculation,intelligent BATS could connect with the whole system perfectly. The simulation in the regional power network of Shandong Province has been verified with satisfactory results by using proposed method which judges when BATS operate in advance.Actual application shows that the results of analysis agree with actual operation conditions,proving the effectiveness and practicability of the method proposed.
