With the gradual deepening of electricity and energy reform, small and medium sized wind power is becoming a new power supply option in some areas on the promoting energy conservation and emission reduction background. It is necessary to research small wind power system designing and integration technology.This paper compared the characteristics of various types of wind turbines. Based on the necessary of Shandong Electric Power School's teaching, research and natural conditions, the system construction of proposed 10kW wind turbine parallel to the grid with complementary scenery of 5kW was designed. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various types of wind turbines, the paper chose wind turbine of the system. Also comparing kinds of wind turbine controlling technologies, it selected the control scheme and developed an online monitoring system in order to achieve real-time online monitoring and adjustment. Comparing the general approach proposed in this unit and the network programs, the network equipments are given. The paper carried on the debugging of wind turbine and net system, and analysis the situation of system operation. Experiment data was obtained in the condition of energy transportation in distributed power grid system. This provided a strong technical data support to address distributed power into low voltage distribution network.
