Resilience modulus is a rigid index to reflect the whole stiffness and stability of roadbed, and it is the most important design parameter in our pavement design theory. It directly influences the mechanical response of the pavement structure under the traffic load, andhave a relation to the pavement conditions. It is usually use the bearing plate method to determine the resilience modulus, but the process is trival andinefficient. so the current specification use deflection testing evaluation to replace the detection of resilience modulus evaluation. But this rapidly prosecuted technology faces rebound deflection testing standard affirmatory problem. Based on this question, Dezhou part of Bin-De highway is analyzed, and establish a sufficient reliability to rebound deflection as independent variables, resilience modulus as dependent variable and then establish rebound modulus as independent variables, rebound deflection as dependent variable, it is concluded that the two regression equations intersection of two equations. According to the size relations between design rebound modulus and point of intersection, we can confirm thr deflection testing standard accurately.Except for this quickly testing and controlling method --deflection testing, LWD can be used in the testing and controlling of subgrade rigidity, but it is similar with aforementioned situation that this way is also faced with the confirmation of testing and controlling standards. These questions are studied in this issue, the quickly testing and controlling method for subgrade rigidity, principles and standards are deeply discussed, and finally the complete technical ideas and methods for rigidity quickly testing are established.
