With growing energy demand, the new energy exploiting has been put a high priority on the economy development. As a clean and cheap energy, the solar energy has attracted much attention. Against the backdrop the studying of dye-sensitized solar cell has developed rapidly. The paper revolves around the performance comparement of DSSC. By assembling the cells with different making methods, text I-V data, treat the data by the formula, and draw the J-V scheme to use for analysis.The paper involves a new preparation technology of counter electrode of DSSC. The new method reduces the consumption of the material under good performance of the cell. We improved the technology of the DSSC (compared to the old methods), simplified the processes, reduce the time, and enhance the performance of the cell.The result shows that the DSSC has higher performance and stability. The efficiency of the cell increase from 2.1% to 5.7% and the life is longer. Making counter electrode by capillarity obtain a good effect. The efficiency of the cell which used the counter electrode with capillarity method is higher than the cell by spin-coating method, but it has gap to the cell by spray method. It has potential of promotation.Through make large scale DSSC to accumulate experience.
