Howitzer is important military equipment; it is very imporment to develop new vehicle-mounted howitzer for China's national defense modernization. It is a key progress for insure the product quality to do vehicle-mounted howitzer factory-adjusting and testing, vehicle-mount howitzer space attitude adjusting platform is a important technology equipment for the howitzer factory-adjusting and testing。According to the design requirements of vehicle-mounted howitzer adjusting platform, the overall plan of the platform is presented, and the relative parameters are determined based on the detailed analysis of platform function. And then, the system is designed, manufactured, installed and debugged. The system is welcomed by users and fine results have been achieved while the system is put in use. The main works are:1. Two freedom of motion design scheme for the platform is proposed by means of the analysis of the function, the economic cost and reliability in this paper. The advantages of the system are strong serviceabilities, low costs and good processing properties;2. The mechanical system design is carried out, which includes the flat plate, vehicle-mounted cannon positioning, shaft system, leveling system, platform movement system, realization platform in the X and Y to reliable rotation, higher precision. The system has advantages of small deformation and can meet the design requirements:3. Hydraulic system is designed, and 4 hydraulic cylinders are used for individual action. The hydraulic bannence valve is employied for maintain cylingder pressure and the platform falle down, the pressure, therefore, can be keeped for a long time and the movement of platform is smoothly. The system components are selected properly according to the system load, so that, energy consumption is lower, and the system performances are reliable;4. Taking AT89S52 chip microcomputer as nuclear processor, intelligent angle sensor system is designed by means of SCA100T clinometers as measuring element. The clinometer is made in Finnish company VTI. The system consists mainly of measuring circuit, the microprocessor system, alarm circuit,232 bus interface circuit, display circuit, storage circuit and power circuit. Embedded high-level programming languages-C51 and assembly language mixing programming, match with KEIL simulation software system of writing, and testing are used in software development.The actual operation shows that the system has the anvantages of simple structure, cost-effective, good reliability etc. and also has good industrial popularization value.
