To constitute braking system test-bed of high-speed EMU as one to one proportion, and making practicality simulation of the baking process of EMU, are the effective manner to detect the dependability of the technique of braking system.To improve the performance of the braking system of EMU and ensure safe operations, has the important practical significance.This thesis of the general design for the braking system test-bed of the EMU, is the key of construction of test-bed. First of all, need to cover the air supply systems, braking control system, foundation braking device, measurement and control system, console, network system and so on,they various large parts of the design, puts forward relevant design scheme;Secondly, definitude the function of test-bed, put forward with favorite braking test, emergency brake test, parking brake test, spare braking test operation ideas and processing method.In the brake pipe, air pressure state and braking effect are inseparable, this thesis based on the theory of gas flow, by fluid modeling and simulation software of AMESim, establish the numerical simulation model of EMU braking system, using computer high-speed operation ability, calculate gas flow condition of braking process, playing a theoretical significance of EMU braking system test-bed development and commissioning.In the braking system test-bed, heat load test as an important part of the EMU brake disc of its test functions, should be made to the temperature and thermal stress test, and find out the change rule of the temperature and thermal stress. Due to the brake disc structure is complex, how to predict the temperature field and thermal stress, and predict its distribution region of most value, become the key of the sensor placement for the heat load test-bed of brake disc surrounding.In topic research process, using ANSYS software, the transient simulation analysis of the brake disc temperature field and stress, find out the brake disc temperature distribution and temperature variation in different positions, dishes and internal stress distribution, the strike analysis of the maximum thermal stress placement, good command the theoretical value of brake disc heat load.By the simulation results as the theory basis, combining budget, put the required rotation inertia change small, design miniature heat load test-bed. To test bench, driving scheme, carried on the detailed design of the data acquisition system and control units, puts forward the test results feedback for theoretical method, completed the test-bed design of satisfy cognitive teaching of heat load.
