| When gauge is out of range, not only the stability of vehicle's moving and the comfort of passengers will be affected, but also seriously the side wear of rail and the wear of flange could be produced that could change the relationship between wheel and rail that cause security risks of climbing out of track. In order to meeting the needs of high-speed and heavy loading, and to ensure the track without a break, safe, stable operation, the research work of the detection system of gauge with high precision, real time, strong interference-free capacity and intelligentize is imperative.Finding these detection systems have their own advantages and shortcomings after researching current detection systems of gauge at home and abroad, and according to the need of related departments of railway, non-contacted active optical measurement method is used and optimized measurement schemes are designed that include integrated device of laser and camera, correction algorithm of gauge, interference-free methods in hardware and software system. programming two application software systems of data processing and data analysis with friendly display interface, and designing multi-angle test programs. One detected system of gauge with high precision, real time, easy operation, strong vibration resistance, strong interference-free capacity, longevity, high stability and intelligentize is developed.Firstly, this paper describes the overall design program of the non-contacted detected system of gauge. This chapter includes the proposal of parameters requirement of the detected system through the required standards of the Ministry of Railway, the proposal of functions of the system, the design of system structure, design requirements of application software systems, technical parameters' requirements of sensors and design requirements of analog signal processing device. Secondly, in the third chapter, the construction of the detected system is introduced. This chapter mainly introduces the selection of the equipments' model, the selection of development platform and the development of the front data process application software system. Thirdly, in the fourth chapter, measurement scheme of the detected system is proposed, which mainly introduces the use of sensors, the measurement of mileage and speed, the measurement of angle between bogie and journal box, methods of resisting noises, installation program of equipments and the algorithms of calculating gauge. Finally, testing programs and testing processes are introduced. According to the testing programs and testing processes, detection system of gauge has been tested successfully in test line and in main line, and the test results are good.Both theoretical analysis and experimental results not only prove that the correctness of gauge detection, but also prove that the detected system has the characteristics of high precision, repeatability, high-speed, real time, strong interference-free capacity, strong vibration resistance, high stability, easy operation and intelligentize. |
