The Pre-warning Research On Supervision Risk Of Rail Transit Construction Quality And Safety Monitoring

Rail transit construction projects have the characteristics of long construction period, huge investment, high technology etc. In the large-scale rail transit construction phase, construction risk is increasingly severe. This article counted the causes of quality and safety accidents in years 2006 to 2009, found that most of the accidents can be avoid if the supervision could work efficiently. Therefore, strengthen supervision's awareness of risk has great significance to improve the quality and safety of engineering project.In this paper, the literature review of project risk, supervision risk and risk pre-warning describes the value of pre-warning of supervision risk. It classified the supervision risk on the monitoring of safety and quality of rail transit construction project, and established the pre-warning indicators system based on the research of supervision duties, rail transit construction supervision' characteristics, human resource risk management theory and the views of experts in the field. It used the method of principal component analysis for data processing which is the historical data of supervision risk through the Beijing-Shanghai, Harbin and other rail transit construction projects. And then it divided the risk degree of data. It described the feasibility of application BP on pre-warning combined with the advantages of BP (Back Propagation) on data processing and the status of supervision. And it constructed the supervision risk BP network on safety and quality monitoring of rail transit construction project by training processed data. The test of BP network verified the effectiveness of the network. The end the case study of using the BP network on a concrete project to pre-warn the supervision risk on the quality and safety monitoring risk on elaborated that the BP network would be valuable if used to judge supervision's risk, analyze the causes of risk and seek for the evading solutions.It analysis the characteristics of the rail transit construction supervision'risk and the necessity of it pre-warning. And extracted a complete supervision pre-warning indicators of monitoring on the rail transit construction'quality and safety. And it established the BP network by historical data analysis, which had a positive effect on the criterion of rail transit construction supervision action and the smooth of rail transit construction building.
