Research On Planning Of Rural Greenways In The Perspective Of Morden Garden City

As an advanced concept of natural protection, cultural heritage protection and green building, greenways is an important part of planning and design measures in the process of urban development in which achieves sustainable development of urban and rural land, and solving conflicts. In many countries, greenways have become a way of open space. Foreign scholars have research more mature on Planning for urban greenways, but the current research on rural greenways is very little in both domestic and international. Particularly in China, the research on the rural greenways is almost a blank. it's an urgent need for planning theory of rural greenways as a guide and Successful model as a reference. At the same time, in the global wave of modernization, the modern garden city has become a model and exploration for future urban development it is the important ways and means to solute the "three rural" issues of China.Based on the above background, the paper describes systematically the formation background, the essence and research review of modern garden city theory, and the experience and innovation of Chengdu about the theory of "Garden City". Meanwhile, the paper also analyses systematically greenways, rural greenways, the basic theory of Greenways. Based on the theory of the modern garden city and rural greenways, the paper studies in depth of the relationship between the modern garden city and rural greenways, and sums that the modern garden city has theoretically significant to the planning of the rural greenways, while the rural greenways is the most intuitive display window of the Modern Garden City. Innovation of this paper is to propose the theory of the modern garden city to guide the planning and construction of rural greenways, and summarize the structural system about the planning of rural greenways. Namely, guiding through the core idea of modern garden city, people can plan the rural greenways from three levels, including rural landscape corridor, rural industry corridor and corridor of urban-rural link. It's to show the "ecology, production, living" of village relying on the rural greenways, and to completely interpret the "Natural Beauty, Social Justice, Urban-rural Integration" of the modern garden city.Based on the productive scientific research projects, "Sichuan Mianyang Anxian Rural Tourism Development Master Plan", which the author joined during graduate, the paper research the feasibility of the proposed structural system of rural greenways'planning under the guidance of the modern garden city theory. From the rural industrial corridor planning, rural landscape corridor planning and construction of urban-rural link, this paper planned and designed systematically Liao'an Avenue, An county, Mianyang from the three angles. It's to explore the theoretical value of this study which is about the planning greenway and to explore new ideas and new methods for the development of the Chinese rural greenways.
