Study On Leakage Mechanism And Detection Of Pressure Containing Parts For Domestic 2000 T/h Boiler

The leakage accidents of the power plant boiler's four tubes including water wall,superheater,reheater and economizer have become the obvious problems that threat the power generation equipment's safe and stable operation. Leakage failure of the domestic 2000T / H boiler pressure parts analyzed in this paper. The mechanism, form and feature of leakage are discussed in detail. The specific measures for the prevention and detection of tube leaks are also proposed. And the application of leakage monitoring system is also analyzed. Early detection of the boiler's pressure and heating surface leakage is very important for proper arrangements and maintenance. Analysis procedures and analysis methods of leakage accident are summarized in this paper.The paper also points out that the macro fracture surface analysis and metallurgical analysis are the two most commonly used methods for analyzing the damage to high temperature metal parts in power plant. Based on the sampling and analysis, the leakage reasons can be found. Based on the conclusion of the reasons for the Zhejiang Tangwu Sha power plant boiler leakage, the prevention measures are proposed. The implementation of the measures effectively reduced the number of four kinds of tubes leakage occurrence; History and present situation of the tube leak detection system's development are reviewed in the paper. The application features of boiler tube leak detection and diagnosis system in Tangwu Sha Power Plant are summarized. Boiler tube leak detection and diagnosis system can detect leaks in early time. Then timely measures can be taken to reduce the boilers'non-stop number. Research shows that the accuracy (long term) prediction of tube leakage is a complex subject, but the results of qualitative (short) forecast are accurate.
