Countries in the field of motor speed controlling is always tireless efforts of researchers is an important direction,it invoices the operation of defense equipment, industrial production,agricultural production,communication,transportation and other aspects.In this paper,it make mine hoist as the entry point to coal production, research for coal mine safety, efficient production of Speed program. While coal as a non-renewable energy, expansion of its mining has been plagued by criticism, coal's position as a national energy body can not be shaken, the future of its development, One is concentrated in Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia and other remote areas; The second is the more than km deep mining coal seam. For the latter, we still have not overcome many technical obstacles, the speed regulation scheme for deep mining research program is needed to overcome a difficult problem, therefore, on mine hoist control system research is very necessary and urgent.Middle-size and Small-size squirrel-cage induction motors are widely used in Mine explosion-proof winch, Battery electric locomotive underground, mine hoist control system of small and medium coal mines and so on. This article in mine hoist as the control object, study on AC-DC-AC reversible speed control system of induction motor. This is the more popular programs, and so far the best performance. Since the existence of intermediate DC link, it can be done rectifier side(AC-DC) and the inverter side(DC-AC) of the independent control, so, this article is also divided into two general areas of the two studies. Due to the emergence of the PWM rectifier, not only ensure the network side of the high power factor, but also make AC-DC link can be the equivalent of two-way flow of energy converter device. When the motor is in electrical state, it absorbs energy from electric fence and provide motor the power; as well as the motor is in braking state, it can turn the motor power back to electric fence with power pollution-free. Tis article select high-performance direct torque control and put to use for induction motor speed regulation scheme, author make theoretical study in accordance with the requirements of coal production, do a lot of work about motor falling phenomenon of the beginning, to find out the reason of causing fall, finally, solve this problem perfectly by using composite control.The last part, design the software and hardware of the PWM rectifier, then use the TMS320LF2812DSP as core controller, completed the development of a small-c apacity rectifier prototype.
