Silicon micro powder is industrial smelting by-product of fesi production process, because of its contain traces of iron oxide, carbon influence the impurities such as the scope of application of expansion. This study USES calcining method can effectively removing carbon, and with the calcining temperature increases carbon removal rate increases, sample color from dark grey gradually became grayish, until white. When the temperature for 600℃, calcining time 2h carbon combustion reaction basic balance, can acquire satisfactory decoloring effect. Experiments have found that over calcining temperature increase grain diameter increase gradually, because in sintering process of the grain together and phenomenon occurred fusion; This study USES hydrochloric acid pickling solution method can effectively remove the iron oxide powder with hydrochloric acid, found that the increased dosage iron removal rate increases, when the hydrochloric acid amount more than lOg/150ml(20% hydrochloric acid powder)removal from the reaction after basic balance of iron. Experiments have found that building structure adhesive added ordinary industrial silicon micro powder on the mechanics of epoxy structure glue to improve the performance of the effect is not obvious, but to industrial silicon micro powder removing impurity purification and surface modification of silica powder, after oil absorption value increases and specific surface area will be a significant increase in temperature, found that 70℃to 80℃modification time 80 minutes, surfactant consumption quality score a 0.3%~0.4% of oil absorption value can reach when 30ml/g-1, specific surface area can achieve 523m/g, also found that add active silica powder can improve the epoxy building structures tensile strength and bending strength. The best active silica powder substitutability around 4 percent.
