Today, as the environment is deteriorating and non-renewable resources become scarce day by day, green, environmental protection, energy-saving and emission reduction have been deep into all aspects of social life. In view of various defects of traditional water-flush toilets of resource-intensive and polluting environment, and linking the research of domestic and foreign, we proposed the issue of this research of the mechanism of environmental protection intelligence and un-flush lavatory.On the basis of Anhui Province Education Department Natural Science Foundation Emphasis Project "The research and development of environmental protection intelligence and un-flush lavatory" KJ2008A008 (2008.1~2009.8), we will carry on design, optimization and calibration of the main parts of the environmental protection intelligence and un-flush lavatory.First, the features, functions and working principle of this environmental protection intelligence and un-flush lavatory were introduced, and linking the research of domestic and foreign, the mechanical research necessity of environmental protection intelligence and un-flush lavatory was noted.Second, the designing of the main mechanical parts of the environmental protection intelligence and un-flush lavatory was expounded. Mainly include the transmission system, mixing system, and exhaust system. Specially, the structure, transmission, installation and layout of its main components of spiral roller were introduced. And on this basis, the movement principle of materials was discussed.Third, using the large-scale parameters of CAD design software Pro/Engineer, the three-dimensional model of spiral roller was established. In the platform of the large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS, analyzed spiral roller static mechanical, got the static load node structure stress and deformation cloud figure. In order to make the design of spiral roller optimization, from the aspects of changing the model structure parameters and material properties to optimize.And then, the dynamic characteristics of the optimized finite element model were checked. Through modal analysis, the first few bands natural frequencies, vibration mode of the spiral roller and the previous bands stress distribution was got. Through the spiral roller of harmonic response analysis, calculated spiral roller in several frequency response and got some value on the frequency response curve, to ensure the stability of the reduction design of dynamic performance.Finally, through the comparison of the optimization results, the economical of the use of environmental protection intelligence and un-flush lavatory was analyzed. And the future outlook of its using prospects was made.
