VVT is a simple and low cost mechanism system in variocamplus system. It can alter with the need of motor. VVT controls valves as they open and close but cannot changes the time valves last, at the same time, it cannot control the stroke of valves like twinpulse. So, VVT has limit effect on improving motor performance.In order to optimize the performance of motor in any situation, the article does exploratory research on MVVA system. Main occupation:1. Through consulting a large amount of references and the research experience at home and abroad, contrast various variable valve driving merits and demerits,design electronic control valve mechanism such as cam and camshaft, including: CAM and CAM shaft parameter design,control system and the choose of stepper motor.2. Simulate with electronic full variability valve model and find the influence law of motor working condition with analyzing of simulation results. Analysis of test system dynamic and static working characteristics, design system parameter.3. Research valve lift, timing and open duration operating characteristics, such as the expected verification system design goal,control system design aim at model of electronic control valve. Fuzzy-pi double model control is used in this article.4. Simulate with the traditional engine under different speed performance, power ,fuel economy and emission, and then compared with moter variable valve Action engine performance. Results show that moter variable valve Action engines in low and high speed conditions, power, fuel economy and emission pollution was obviously improved obviously improved.
