As the quick development of national economy and the acceleration of urbanization process, the group-urban's traffic congestion is an issue attracting the attentions all around the world. How to solve inter-group-city traffic demand, which is long-distance, large-traffic and efficiency. It has became an important problem whice must study at present. Inter-group-urban fast channel provides large urban road traffic volume,high level of service traffic environment for the development of urban road network,which plays an important role in group-urban traffic development. To ensure the effectiveness of urban fast channel system and achieve an orderly convergence of urban road network, the paper has been analyzed systematically, studied fast channel and urban roads connecting and traffic signal control scientifically. It has both theoretical and practical application significance that can be achieved an organic integration of urban fast channel and urban roads network,and alleviated fast channel traffic problems.Based on traffic equilibrium theory, it is coupled fast channel and urban roads to the local area network. With the fast channel traffic impact rang to determine the local area network's border, and an abstract and simplified road network method with the important traffic OD points as virtual points and traffic channels between groups as virtual road lines is proposed. Based on the analysis, the technique of OD back stepping and the model of traffic equilibrium assignment for virtual road networks is also proposed. According to the virtual network building methods and practical road impedance, getting the actual network equilibrium flow. Based on the actual network equilibrium flow as standard, it determines the actual sections of the balance control goals. In a section of equilibrium target constraint and actual application basis, the paper presents the key intersection control and the coordination bottleneck control strategy, and studies the specific timing method. Based on Access Management, putting the fast-road's access management. At last, it takes ChongQing river-crossing fast channel as the object of study in this essay provides the proof to the availability, practicability and reasonability of the system which bring a rather good effect.The paper improves group-urban fast-road's planning and control theory. It has not only theoretical significance, but also some practical engineering application value.
