With the improvement of technology of bridge construction and the further continously studying of the Effecting Factors on the Structure, the large-span Prestressed Concrete Continuous Rigid Frame Bridges has already become one of the bridge type that mainly adopted. The more widely use of Prestressed Concrete Continuous Rigid Frame Bridges,it becomes more important that sitmulate construction stages of Concrete Continuous Rigid Frame Bridge reasonably.At the same time,China is one of the country where earthquake occurrence frequently .It requirest that the understanding about the Dynamic Characteristics and Seismic Response of the large-span Prestressed Concrete Continuous Rigid Frame Bridges must be further.On the basis of one bridge in chongqing,the author simulated the whole construction process using reasonable structure computation method by Finite Element Method,and studied the the Dynamic Characteristics and Seismic Response of the bridge. The main content of this paper as follows:1 Based on the theory of finite element calculation and the design drawing file of rhe bridge,the author seted up the model of analyzing about the construction stages and Seismic Response of the bridge by using MIDAS.2 The deflection and Internal Force of erevy construction stages were got by calculating and analysing the construction stages of the bridge using MIDAS reasonably.3 It proposed the theoretical basis to the selection for the Analysis Methods of Seismic Response about bridge by introducing basic theory and applying of the different Analysis Methods these are used to analyse the Seismic Response of bridge .4 Introducing the calculation theory of Dynamic Characteristics.The author mastered the Dynamic Characteristics of the bridge by calculating the Natural Frequency and the models.5 Introducing the Related Theories of Seismic Response calculation. The author calculated the Seismic Response of the bridge under the action of the EI-Centro using the time history analysis method.And the author analysed the result of the calculation.It has reference value to Seismic Design of the bridges that are the same type.
