First, Used fracture mechanics principle to verify the resistance reinforcement mechanism and provide theoretical basis for follow-up tests and finite element analysis; Second,through the caking test quantitative understanding of steel and concrete interface bonding performance in difference, again, Based on the experimental research of reinforced concrete beam, observation cracking load, ultimate bearing capacity, crack width and height and the crack of the change of the crack a number; last, Using the ANSYS finite element simulate reinforced concrete beam and verify the influence that different effects of interface bond properties to crack, Through analysis, draw the following conclusions:①The interface between steel and concrete bonding failure, will influence the anti-cracking performance and load-carrying properties of reinforced concrete. With steel and concrete caking performance improvement, beam that cracking load and limit bearing capacity have improved, and beam bending rigidity increased accordingly.②Steel and concrete interfacial bonding performance is better, beam crack height, crack width growth is slow, The beam to crack control enhancement, crack the highly developed through the load differential, crack spacing and width transformation "dredging and wide" to "close and narrow'③Through the crack intensity factor under the same load steel and concrete analysis shows that, the better the performance of interface binding force produced in reinforcing the reverse crack intensity factor to verify the science-induced reinforced resistance crack mechanism.④Steel and concrete interfacial bonding performance is better, steel and concrete interface stripping length of the smaller and more slowly strip, it effectively prevent the expansion of the width of the crack.⑤In certain stripping length range, along with the increase of stripping length interface, its crack stress intensity factor increases rapidly. Later, with the stripping length of growth, crack stress intensity factor remained stable.⑥Through the finite element analysis, along with steel and concrete caking performance improvement, reinforced resistance effect more obvious, Relatively small crack height below have relatively optimal resistance effect.⑦simplified finite element analysis of planar mechanical model closer with the experimental results, the method is feasible. Three-dimensional finite element method described in the law of the crack development is consistent with the experiment.
