| The moderate and high temperature water source heat pump plays an important part in the industrial waste heat recovery and utilization,and has a good development prospect. Using water source heat pump, we can improve the low-quality energy in industrial cooling water and urban sewage to the temperature form 70℃to 80℃,those energy can be widely used for living hot water, heating and production process, in this way,we can save much energy. In this temperature range, common refrigerating fluids are difficult to meet the performance requirements of heat pump. In this paper we have done some theoretical and experimental research into working fluids of the moderate and high temperature water source heat pump, and have put forward some new suitable working fluids in condensing temperature form 70℃to 90℃under the condition of moderate and high temperature heat pump.This paper established a mathematical model for theoretical cycle analysis of the heat pump system.Theoretical cycle analysis of the moderate and high temperature heat pump cycle using many kinds of possible pure working fluids with the same model and the same working condition was conducted and a reasonable evaluation to those working fluids was obtained.Six mixture working fluids (M1-M6) were initial screened based on the the principle of complementing each other and a analysis of the cycle performance was made compared with R22, on this basis, this paper puts forward a new working fluids with comprehensive excellent performance for the moderate and high temperature heat pump.On the basis of theoretical cycle analysis, we established a simulation-based mathematical model for the heat pump set,and compiled the numerical simulation software. By running dynamic calculation for the new working fluids in this paper, further analysis has been made of the very factors affecting the operationg performance of the heat pump set and the forecast of the operation of the heat pump.The conclusion provides theoretical basis to optimize the system design and operation.A moderate and high temperature heat pump test system with the new refrigerating fluid M6 was established on the basis of experimental investigation and analysis. By changing the inlet and outlet water temperature of condenser,we tested some performance parameters including exhaust pressure,exhaust temperature,EER and heating capacity,studied and analysed the performance of the new working fluids in transient and off-designed.The theoretical and experimental results show that the working fluid in the paper have potentials as moderate and high temperature heat pump working fluids. |
