Hypersonic Vehicle which is of high velocity and ability will be the focus in aeronautic and aerospace field in 21st Century and becomes one of the major aspects that most powerful military countries have studied around the world. The navigation system was the key point to concerns the attack power.This thesis studied the inertial navigation system (SINS), BeiDou system (BDS) and celestial navigation system (CNS). Based on the study of the SINS/BDS and SINS/CNS integrated navigation schemes and algorithms were designed, and then SINS/BDS/CNS high-precision integrated navigation system and information fusion algorithm were designed with the federated filter construct. The local Kalman filtering algorithm of integrated navigation was improved, and the rapid compensation algorithm of integrated navigation information under blackout environment was provided. For simulation, we designed a simple method of the creation trajectory, created an emblematical trajectory and simulation data for hypersonic vehicle. The Simulation results indicated that, SINS/BDS/CNS integrated navigation system had high precision, good reliability and other advantages, which was very fit for the precise navigation of Hypersonic Vehicle.
