Experimental Study For Support Pattern On Mini Steel Pipe Pile In Soil-Cement Pile

Geological conditions in most parts of urban areas is relatively good in Qingdao City, It is complicated fou deep foundation, because it has the soil layer excavated directly and the rock layers required blasting, as well as groundwater. Foundation for the geological conditions of the general distribution of top-down miscellaneous fill, weathered rock, medium weathered rock, weathered rock, etc., based mostly located in the rock, mostly rock foundation construction combined with class projects, the characteristics of the project is the upper part of the soil and groundwater associated with the lower layers of rock.Mini steel pipe pile in major diameter soil-cement mixed pile structure is limited in these qeoloqy conditions support the development of a new type of structure, it can strengthen the bending resistance of the soil-cement mixed pile structure , increase the power of build-in the bottom of pile and rock, effectively control the transformation in foundation pit ,to ensure stability of excavation and adjacent buildings normal use.This thesis project based on the measured data on soil and rock strata on the combination of mini steel pipe pile in major diameter soil-cement mixed pile were analyzed. Made the following main tasks and achievement:(1) Make a train of test for mini steel pile in major diameter soil-cement mixed pile structure using steady state resistance meter,obtain the stress and strain of steel pile depend on the water and soil pressure,and obtain the bending moment,then analyse the result of the test.(2) Study mini steel pipe pile of zhe major diameter soil-cement mixed pile in the combination of soil and rock in Qingdao, and analyse of mini steel pipe pile in major diameter soil-cement mixed pile bending moment after the curve of steel pipe pile on the micro-deformation and mechanism of the force.(3) In laboratory flexural riqidity contrast test have been done between steel pile and steel pile with cement paste,clear and definite the amplify effect of steel pile with cement paste for the first time , in order to supply more data for the ration calculate in this support pattern.The result of the article offer technical support for this new support pattern in more application and dissemination.
