Cement concrete is not only the most widely used as building materials, but also is the largest man-made material currently. Concrete has been favored by engineers, it has many advantages such as good water resistance, plasticity, wide source , simple production process, low cost, convenient and so on . In view of its development , concrete still plays an irreplaceable role within quite long period in the future , will remain the most widely used and the largest amount of building materials , but in the same time the flaws of the concrete prevent itself from application and good effect. Fibrous concrete can effectively improve the performance of concrete, so the fibrous concrete has been valued by domestic and foreign research institutions and scholars since it came on the scene.The mechanical properties of fibrous concrete is the most critical indicators in engineering applications, so many researchers high on it . At present, we mainly study on compressive strength, tensile strength, flexural strength, impact resistance of fibrous concrete, fiber's potentiation on breaking energy, tenacity of concrete and assorted fiber's potentiation on concrete.In this topic, according to controlling many variable quantities such as different ages, different fiber , and the sand with different grain sizes , we conducted on the test blocks with compression test, bending test, three four-point bending test and bending test. For each test, observed consistency and repeatability of the data curves, to measure the reliability of various test conclusions , and then mainly analyse the mechanical properties of PVA-SHCC .Handling the test data with origin software , drawing data graph , we can reach the following conclusions : 1) in the compression test, bending test, three-point bending test and four-point bending test all can show that , longer age of blocks with better mechanical properties . 2) in the compression test, bending test, three-point bending test and four-point bending test all can show that , blocks with different fiber will show different mechanical properties . 3) in the compression test , bending test and four-point bending test show that , production test blocks with smaller sand size , its mechanical properties will be better;but in three-point bending, the sand size hardly effects on them .
