The blasting vibration is an important form of blasting damage, it often meet the influence of the blasting construction on stability of the underground structures (such as tunnel, culverts, chambers) near the blasting zone, the seismic wave which is produced by the blasting could endanger the safety and stability of the lining structure and the surrounding rock of existing structures, so it has a great important engineering significance to study the effect of underground structures on Open-air blasting vibration.This paper study the influence of the blasting construction on the neighbouring Newport tunnel, based on the field leveling engineering in the north of the crude oil wharf petroleum repertory of 300000t in Dalian, and to explore the blasting seismic wave deeply.Combined with FEM software to analyse the structure security of the existing railway tunnel and the effect of tunnel on the blasting vibration, then determine the control index of the secure allowable vibration velocity with the railway tunnel, according to the secure allowable vibration velocity of blasting and the dissemination rule of seismic wave to confirm the controlled blasting scheme, realize the dynamic feedback of the whole blast engineering and the information construction by the feedback of the actual monitoring values, to ensure smooth progression of the project.
