| During the course of highway project construction, the mechanical construction has been playing an increasingly important role. It had guaranteed the highway construction's progress and the project quality, simultaneously also inevitably caused the construction enterprise's investment to be huge. The optimal deployment of construction machinery grop can not only save construction cost and improve the quality of roads, but also can ensure highway project be completed on schedule, which brings good economic benefits for construction enterprise. Therefore, the construction machinery group's optimized disposition, the dynamic scheduling and the management level in the highway construction process decide directly the entire project's construction progress, the project quality and the economic efficiency. Research on the optimized configuration of construction machinery also has the important practical significance.In recent years, a number of domestic and overseas experts, scholars and foreign construction enterprises have done a lot of work in the field of machinery optimal configuration and dynamic dispatch. And they have obtained some research achievements. But there are many deficiencies, such as incomplete consideration of the research objectives, the limited application scope. So it is insufficient to meet the needs of actual construction. In this paper, which's based on previous studies, I introduce the conception of the Quality Cost. Then I build the time-cost's multi-objective optimization disposition model under the constraint of engineering quality for highway engineering construction machinery. And I solve the configuration model with the help of the Particle Swarm Optimization. Finally, through of calculating an engineering example in this paper, it confirms the model's usability as well as the PSO's feasibility on solving this question.By building the time-cost's multi-objective optimization disposition model under the constraint of engineering quality for highway engineering construction machinery in this paper, it can realize the comprehensive optimization of the construction project. That will provide the basis of machinery combination for the construction enterprise. At the same time, it also shows that PSO can solve the problem of the machinery group's optimal allocation. All of that has laid the foundation for the later research work.The concrete research work and achievement in this paper is as follows:1. According to the principles of construction machinery's selection and assembly combination about the machinery group's operating system of the highway construction, the paper researches the highway engineering construction machinery group's collocation method from the perspective of the static and dynamic. 2. Using the multi-objective optimization theory, and introducing the concept of quality cost, this paper builds the time-cost's multi-objective optimization disposition model under the constraint of engineering quality for highway engineering construction machinery.3. Making the improvement to PSO, and using improved PSO to solve the model in the concrete highway engineering. All of the work has proved the model's usability as well as the PSO's feasibility on solving this question.This dissertation has made such improvement:1. Introduction of the conception of Quality Cost. In order to realize the integrated optimization of construction project, I introduces the conception of Quality Cost. Then I build the time-cost's multi-objective optimization disposition model under the constraint of engineering quality for highway engineering construction machinery.2. Making the improvement for PSO. Using the improved PSO to solve the model, it can obtain the optimal machinery configuration scheme. |
