Based on the new provincial S336 highway bridge,structure force analysis during the construction procedure,transient stability in construction phase and hanger force test and control of the construction for PC tied arch bridge have been studied in this paper.Firstly,based on the previous research, from the mechanical characteristics and the current situation of the tied arch bridge,with myself participation in the actual project—the new S336 Provincial Highway Bridge(PC tied arch bridge)construction monitoring issue as the background,sets up the plane finite element by the Dr.Bridge analysis software for the construction process simulation and carry on an analysis of the the mechanical properties in construction process and forecast construction process of the development of stress and deformation.Based on the calculated results and measurements in the construction control results were predicted to provide the basis and theoretical guidance for the pre-construction process camber of the design and actual construction monitoring.Secondly,in this dissertation,the tied arch bridge was discretized by the FEM according to its structural characteristics with the spatial beam element simulating the tied beams, end floor beams, middle floor beams, arch ribs, seamless steel tubes and wind hold and other components, with the board unit and the spatial link element simulating the bridge deck and bar to finite the bridge's spatial mechanical computational finite element model.Do some transient arch stabilities under the different constructional phases by the finite element program—Midas/Civil. The focus is whether the process of tensioning the temporary horizontal boom,temporary lateral bracing location and type of temporary lateral bracing,etc and provide some theoretical basis for the PC tied arch bridge in the smooth progress of the construction process.Finally,with this project boom characteristics (rigid boom),establish the rationalizd finite element model to simulate tensioning process.Hoisting jack and the top tension by setting the pressure sensor to measure tensile force act the main basis and try to read the surface of the outer steel casing attached steel wire strain stress measurement. According to the "double control"approach can explore monitoring effect and can refer to monitoring provides some suggestions for similar works.
