On the background of design and implementation for track star motion simulator synchronization control system , aiming at X direction translational motion requirements for its four motor-driven high synchronization performance, high tracing accuracy, high running speed and safe and reliable, this paper designs four-motor synchronization control system and completes on-site commissioning.Firstly, for the problem of load disturbance greatly impacting on the performance of four-motor synchronization control system, the article studies on the four motor synchronization methods and designs Discrete Sliding Variable Structure(DSVS)synchronization controller. Simulation shows that the controller has good one-motor tracking, multi-motor synchronization and anti-disturbance performance. Secondly, this paper designs the four-motor synchronization control system using the general method of Distributed Control System Design, from the object characteristics and technical requirements of control systems. To meet the real time period communication requirements between console and synchronization drive control system, IRT communication scheme of PROFINET bus based on Real-time Kernel(RTX) is designed and the result shows that this means of communication meets the requirements of real-time communication fully. Finally, four-motor synchronous drive system is debugged. According to the actual operation, the use of dynamic position compensation method according to the motor torque of the size and direction, plays a very good control effect, and makes project achieve a high precision and meet system performance requirements.
