With the development of modern science and technology, high-precision gradually became the development direction of the inertial navigation field. Generally, the precision of the inertial navigation system mainly depends on the precision of the inertial instruments , which generally depends on the manufacturing precision and the calibration precision. In recent years, the research and manufacturing technique becomes gradually mature, more and more high-precision accelerometer will be used in aerospace and weapon systems. Because of the requirement of the accelerometer calibration technology, this article will do some research of calibration and compensation technology on quartz flexible accelerometer based on the test equipment.The analysis of the structure and operating principle of quartz flexible accelerometer and the physical meaning of the coefficient of error model, provides the theoretical foundation for the next calibration experiment.Index head is used in the accelerometer calibration test under the term of the gravity field. In considering the test equipment error and installation error, establish four coordinate systems and solve equations using the homogeneous transformation, get the three-axis acceleration under the gravity field, and do the analysis of error. Do the 24 points equal Angle test, by comparing the test data, give the effects of error compensation to the accelerometer calibration accuracy.Accelerometer centrifuge test is based on the disc centrifuge without reversal platform. Here establish five coordinate systems to calculate the relationship between attitude matrix, get the centripetal acceleration and gravity acceleration on the three axes. Analyse the effect of the angular rate error of main shaft, radius testing error and Coriolis acceleration to the accelerometer calibration precision.Do the temperature test to the accelerometer. Install the accelerometer on the disc centrifuge with temperature-controlled cabinet, change the temperature of control box to change working environment temperature of the accelerometer, do the depth exploration of accelerometer performance in the range of±50℃and establish the accelerometer temperature error model.
