In north part of China, district heating is the main heating way in winter. The control system of heating network is the basis for effective control, and also closely related to heating quality, energy saving and economic benefits of the company, the research of heating network control technology has high economic benefit, social benefit and value. So carry on research of heating network control technology in this paper.The widely used quality adjustment control mode in heating network in China can't meet energy conservation and higher heating quality needs, quality-quantity control mode become inevitable trend of future. In the quality-quantity control mode of heating network, there are strong coupling between quality and quantity channels; besides, quality adjustment control model has characteristic of time-varying, which significantly reduces control quality, affected the superiority of quality-quantity adjustment. In this paper, a novel heating network controller was proposed, made good solution to these problems.Established control model of heating process by the method of combining mechanism and experiment modeling. Firstly, in order to determine the order and type of control model by using mechanism analysis. Secondly, established control model based on step response curves experiments and least squares identification method. Modeling is the basis of design and anlysis of heating network controller. Against at the strong coupling effects between quality and quantity regulation in the heating process, established decoupling controller based on RBF neural networks, and simulated its decoupling effect. Make decoupling to heating process provide conditions for quality and quantity regulation single-loop control. Consider the decoupling quality and quantity channels as independent single-loop channels. Against at the time-varying characteristic of quality channel control model, designed quality channel Fuzzy-PID controller based on fuzzy control,and simulated its control effect.At last, proposed a novel heating network overall controller based on neural network-fuzzy PID control, and simulated its control quality. Using Force Control configuration software developed heating network monitoring software. Realized data exchange between Force Control and heating network controller based on OPC, laid the foundation for its practical application.
