In recent years,our country building bridges undertakings have developed rapidly, and develop rapidly. Cable-stayed bridge as the large span bridge is one of the most important structure form, already more and more widely applied to the construction of the bridge. But hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge is a type of new structure form cable-stayed bridge. The key of hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge designing is the connection problems of Steel girder with concrete girder. So the research on the connection performance of the joint between two kinds of material box-girders will have important theoretic significance and reference value for practical application.1. The research on development condition of both cable-stayed bridge and steel concrete composite structure is introduced, and papers purpose and meaning is briefly summarized.2. Introducing the shear key role, classification and bearing capacity development and summarizing the stud shear key provisions of the carrying capacity calculation, through establishing the steel plate and concrete shear key model to analysis the internal force of the shear key steel plate and concrete. In different loads, different shear key stiffness, different shear key spacing, under such circumstances of shear key influence, carry on the detailed analysis of the stress distribution law and summarized in this paper.3. Based on the engineering background of Wusu highway bridge, the whole cable-stayed bridge is analyzed by Using finite element software "Midas". The force of the cable-stayed bridge Girder in all construction stages are calculated and analyzed. The steel-concrete composite section simulation analysis is established by the finite element software Ansys, Detailed analysis of the parts of the mechanical characteristics and stress distribution, to explore connection performance condition and the steel connection section, and to get the stress characteristics of the steel connection section, and steel box girder and concrete girders under pressure, bend, under the action of shear stress reliability status, etc.4. The whole cable-stayed bridge is analysed through comparing the different shear connection strength (steel - concrete connection segment of the stiffness), to get the influence of displacement and stress, etc.
