In the background of energy crisis of environmental pollution, solar energy is paid more and more attention by people. Solar building is to become the new hot spot of researches in recent years. Solar house is the utilization of solar energy technology according to building's own structural characteristics, which to reduce or solve the building's energy consumption. At present, researches on solar houses were mainly in terms of passive solar houses with the low efficient use of solar energy and poor adjustability. So the study on a solar energy utilization system using solar fully and to achieve "zero energy" in solar house is of great research value and application prospect.On the basis of researches of the use of solar energy at home and abroad, this report studied the performance of solar energy utilization system, and built a 30 square meters of solar test house by theory, where Installed photovoltaic power generation system on the roof, and the hot water vacuum tube collector system on the decorative railing, and set a large area of the south wall of the collector glazing. Experimental results were as follows:The first, in the case that it was without any external heat supply and outdoor average daily temperature was 11.2℃, the indoor temperature could be maintained at 21.4℃because of the south wall of the solar collector.The second, output current of solar photovoltaic power generation system was normal distribution with time. Its Instantaneous power output was up to 802W, and the cumulative generating capacity was 4.74KWh with photovoltaic conversion efficiency of 9% when the solar radiation was 660W / m2.The third, when the average radiation throughout the day was at 358W / m, hot water system of the sun room was able to achieve 450 liters of hot water tank with temperature rise of 8℃, the efficiency of which was to 35.1%.Through the analysis to the whole energy system of solar house, in the weather conditions in that test day, the supply rateεof solar energy of the solar house was 1.6, which meant it could achieve "zero energy" heating in winter.The research on sun house was focused on experimental studies, in which experimental solar house was established, made the model of double wall insulation made of polyurethane, which achieved good insulation effect , when it discussed about the solar floor heating.
