Solar photovoltaic power generation is the main development trend of green renewable energy, it has became the focus of the study in the world and it will be in rapid development. In this paper, it researches the grid-connected PV system, and it contains grid-connected PV system, the maximum power point tracking control, islanding detection and grid power quality.Firstly, this paper describes the development and utilization of solar energy, solar photovoltaic system components, the current domestic and international solar photovoltaic technology and its classification. And it introduces the working principle of solar cells, and external factors on the impact. Then it builds a mathematical model to simulate in different environment and under different sunlight intensity of solar cell output characteristics.Then, the paper discusses the key technologies about photovoltaic grid. It gives analysis of the principle of maximum power point tracking and compare several commonly used maximum power point tracking method. It introduces the definition of island effects and the safe operation of the grid system the harm, analyzes the causes of island state. It introduces the domestic and international common standards for islanding detection of several common islanding detection methods analysis and description. Finally, the article discusses the impact on grid after the photovoltaic connect with the grid, mainly including the system peak shaving and power quality. It analysis the photovoltaic power generation capacity increased gradually after the peak shaving, and propose the introduction of wind power to balance the photovoltaic power generation. Simulations verify the equivalent of wind power after the peak slip has little effect, most of the peak changes in the number of days to zero slip. On the other hand, it takes analysis and calculation of the province by 2010 solar power station planned access to five after the mains voltage and harmonics.Through the above analysis, this article analyzed the key technology and its impact on the power grid after connecting with the grid. It can provide a reference for photovoltaic power generation and network planning.
