As a new energy vehicles, Fuel cell vehicles have the virtures of energy-saving non-pollution, high efficiency, low noise, and energy saving. As an ideal future direction of development, it has a cooling problem, 62 percent of the heat dissipation is needed to be discharged through the radiator. The main content of this paper contain:Firstly, established two types of model of parallel flow heat exchanger, glycol as a refrigerant and R134A as refrigerant. Improve the calculation module basis of R134a, moist air, ethylene glycol, select the gas(liquid) side heat transfer formulas and pressure drop formulas, and detailed representation of the computational logic of the two types of heat exchangers.Secondly, Based on similar criteria, establish a fast calculation model of the fan. This model has high accuracy and good stability, could be used for fan selection or adjusting the fan working conditions.Thirdly, Combined with already established the parallel flow heat exchanger model and the fan model, simulation and analysis of the five programs in the subject have been made, one of the best program had been put through a test and eventually come to a good result.Fourthly, source code has been written according to the models, and software on FCVTMS is emerging.
