With the progress of science and technology, the power-densities and structure-design in the modern society are becoming more demanding, it could lead to higher fault rate. However the rotor system is the core component of the rotation mechine, once the fault occurs, it will cause huge economic loss and casualty, therefore it is significant that develop the study of the dynamic responses of rotor-bearing-rotor system under the faults.This paper covers the work focusing on shafting of rotor test-bed of aeroengine, based on rotor dynamics and failure mechanism. The purpose of this paper is to study the dynamic characteristics of shafting under coupling faults. Debug test-bed and faults simulator of aeroengine set up in previous work, analyse the data got and demonstrate the method of studying characteristics of rotor under faults.Above all, discribe the necessity of analysis of dynamic characteristics of rotor-shaftting system under faults is, study the domestic and overseas development of rotor dynamics, identify the method of studying dynamic characteristics of rotor-shafting system under faults.Then analyse the structural low frequency dynamic characteristics of shafting system in test with finite element method, make comparative analysis between the result of calculation and vibration mode test, obtain the inherent structural dynamic characteristics of research object and demonstrate that the finite element mesh model can meet the requirement of engineering and further analysis.From above work, dynamic responses of flexi-rotor-bearing-rotor system under unbalance rub-impact misalignment coupling faults is studied. That is, build dynamic model of flexi multi-system with modal synthesis method, while build nonlinear model of bearing force, rub-impact force and misalignment exiting force, ultimately obtain dynamic control model of flexi multi-system of rotor-bearing system under coupling faults. Make comparative analysis of vibration characteristics graphs of system under variational coupling faults.Finally make experimental analysis based on areoengine rotor test bed, simulate the system and design experimental scheme under coupling faults by means of setting typical mechanical faults, test vibration of test bed, comparatively analyse and process the test data.In this paper build dynamic model of flexi rotor-bearing system under coupling unbalance rub-impact misalignment faults with flexi multi dynamic analysis and numerical calculation co-simulation, then solve it with iteration, comparatively analyse vibration characteristics graphs of system under variational coupling faults, preliminary master obtain vibration characteristics of rotor under typical faults; in parallel, test vibration under faults on areoengine rotor test bed, process test results, analyse vibration characteristics of test bed under faults, demonstrate the correctness of the model coupling variational faults, and obtain the relationship of equivalent misalignment and system vibration.
