In modern daily life, people spend almost 80-90% of all time in indoor environment, so their health directly relate with the indoor air quality. According to the EPA's study, indoor air quality is poorer than outside air quality in industrial city. And recently, more and more serious problem of indoor air quality broke out, and more importantly, people's life and health were seriously affected by the outbreaks of some severe respiratory diseases. Therefore, the issue of indoor air pollution and microorganisms contamination gradually draws widely and highly attentions of the world researchers. However, as the air disinfection technology, ultraviolet germicidal irradiation has been used widely. In the domestic, most application is still static irradiation, so it is important to carry out more researches about ultraviolet germicidal irradiation dynamic air disinfection technology.Through the experiment method, air sterilization efficiency of planktonic bacteria on air pass duct is studied. Firstly, the relationship between the wind tube airflow uniform and sterilization efficiency has been in-depth researched, experimental data indicates that when other factors does not variable, more even the airflow, more high UVGI device of sterilization efficiency; Secondly, the relationship between wind speed and UVGI device sterilization efficiency is researched, experimental data indicates that as wind speed fall, sterilization efficiency gradually raises, when wind speed arrived less than 3m/s, wind speed changes is no longer significantly; Thirdly, with black cloth, plating zinc metal, polishing aluminum plate, and aluminum plastic plate as objects, the relationship wind tube wall reflection performance and sterilization efficiency has been researched, experimental data indicates that using material with much better UV reflection performance, sterilization efficiency of UVGI device is higher, the sterilization efficiency of four species reflection material sort: polishing aluminum plate > aluminum plastic plate > plating zinc metal > black cloth, the sterilization efficiency of UVGI device which equipped with aluminum plastic plate is no different from equipped with polishing aluminum plate. polished aluminum plate can be replaced with aluminum plastic plate. Finally, the relationship between the sampling size of planktonic bacteria and germicidal efficiency is partial correlation analyzed, analysis of data showed that ultraviolet disinfection devices are more sensitive for particle size range of 0.65~7.0μm of planktonic bacteria in the air, but planktonic bacteria with particle size >7.0μm requires combination UVGI device with other disinfection methods (such as filter, light catalyst, etc).
