Concrete structure are widely used in modern architecture of the project with its advantages of energy efficiency, economic, use very extensive all the time, but a lot of concrete structure buildings produce many problems for reason of bad durability in the later using process, increasing the cost of maintenance in during the service of military. Therefore, research should pay attention to serving structural damage assessment methods, and the structure under the service provided valuable feedback, in turn, to promote the progress of design theory, the design, construction and use of maintenance tends to be more reasonable.Improving the durability of concrete can not only save resources, avoid bringing high of late maintenance cost, but also improving the safety of structures. For the complex environment of water-saturated formations and large cities in the subway under construction, due to the long been severely affected by the groundwater, in order to ensure the subway to work, measures must be taken to waterproof.In this paper, we rely on the project of Tianjin West Railway Station Subway Line 1 experimental study, and start on the durability of concrete from the present situation at home and abroad, find the concrete problems at home and abroad in durability, what's more, this paper describes the classification of concrete box subway in the types of corrosion that: carbonation corrosion, chloride ion corrosion, erosion and infiltration hybrid current corrosion. Then the durability of concrete testing and evaluation are described and pointed out that knowledge to improve the durability of concrete measures, and finally by use of the experiments of HE-P describes the impermeability demonstrated that the HE-P concrete in engineering feasibility.
