Research On Agent-based Emergency Traffic Evacuation Simulation

To reduce the huge economic losses and casualties which was caused by the frequent emergency events, the establishment of emergency evacuation plan is one of the necessary means. But the existing emergency plans have many problems: the rough contents; poor operability; for different emergencies, emergency plans lack of systematic planning and coordination; lack of effective implementation; the different opinion on the plan's core contents, architecture, sub-level structure; lack of a common, effective or enforceable evaluation index system and objective assessment methods. At present, the influence of emergency is becoming larger. The walk evacuation way doesn't meet the requirements, so we take advantage of vehicles to evacuate. But there is no systematic plan system in the domain of emergency traffic evacuation. And the evaluation system of domestic emergency evacuation plan is imperfect, especially in the domain of emergency traffic evacuation. Although many researchers put forward the corresponding evaluation system, but the system is generally designed for a particular object, or a particular area, and cannot be applied to the entire field of emergency traffic evacuation. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a plan evaluation system for emergency traffic evacuation plan. To solve the problem, this paper does the following works:1) This paper builds a conceptual model of emergency traffic evacuation plans, which clearly describes and defines the core contents and architecture of the plan. This can provide the basis for the establishment of emergency evacuation plan, and can easily develop the different traffic evacuation plans for different major accidents.2) This paper proposes a selection model for evaluation indicators, which can provide a standard or reference for us to select the needed indicator from the mass indicators.3) This paper proposes a evaluation indexes system for emergency traffic evacuation plan, defines every indicator, and sets the evaluation model of the key indicators.4) This paper uses the MATSIM tool to test the feasibility and rationality of the proposed evaluation indicators system for emergency traffic evacuation plans.Finally, the paper makes a summary and outlook.
