Control strategy is the key technology of the control of hybrid electric vehicle. The quality of control strategy directly determines the fuel consumption and emissions performance of vehicle. There are some problems in present control strategies of HEV, for example, bad matching with driving cycle, unifying between real-time and global optimization.City bus has the characteristic of fixed driving route and driving cycle fluctuation. In this thesis, by analyzing the characteristic parameters of driving cycle of No.600 bus in Tianjin, based on the similarity of the driving cycles, a reference driving cycle during the rush hours is extracted. Based on the reference driving cycle, a control method of strategy switchover is proposed.Based on the simulation software-ADVISOR, the simulation model of No.600 hybrid electric bus is built. By simulating with two different control strategies (power follower and strategies switchover), the results show that the fuel consumption can be reduced about 8% with the strategies switchover compared with the power follower.Hardware-in-loop simulation platform is built using MATLAB/SIMULINK and dSPACE. Veracity and real time of the platform is verified, the Real-time simulation test of control strategy can be carried out on this platform. |
