With the development and improvement of frequency control technology,the induction motor has become the major power equipment. The induction motor has good effec near the rated load near, with good mechanical properties and good power factor and efficiency values.But when it runs with light load , the efficiency will be significantly decreased, and the waste of energy is serious. The subject aims to study a Energy-saving inverter control system with load-following function。First, paper has depth analysis of the motor energy consumption In VVVF operating conditions, explores the reasons for the loss and gets the relationship between the loss and stator voltage, providing a theoretical basis for the optimal control of the motor. Then paper researchs the efficiency optimization inverter control strategy of the induction motor based on the analysis of the motor energy consumption. According to the relationship between induction motor power factor,efficiency values and the rate of the load, paper designs the best adjust voltage control strategy, and the simulation results show that the control strategy is able to quickly optimize the efficiency according to the load situation, but it can not guarantee the motor running at optimum operating point. Using the golden section line search algorithm designs the efficiency optimization control strategy, simulation results show that it can achieve the optimum of the motor efficiency, but the search time is longer, and can not apply to the occasions of load changing frequently. Assembling the strengths of these two control strategies, paper has designed the hybrid efficiency optimization control strategy, simulation results show that the control strategy can not only guarantee the motor running at optimum operating point, meanwhile it can ensure the fast tracking of the load.Second, based on the above control strategy, paper has designed the hardware system to achieve efficiency optimization inverter control of induction motor. The main circuit of the System is composed of voltage rectifier and inverter circuit, the control system is mainly composed of the power supply and driver circuit board, the central control board, the detection circuit board, and other auxiliary circuit. The central control board base on the DSP and CPLD as core panels meets the system for fast and real-time requirements while ensuring system reliability and flexibility; in the power supply and driver circuit board, paper has designed the switching power circuit to achieve the multiple isolated DC power supply, and designed the drive circuit to achieve fast and reliable isolation the drive for IGBT; while other auxiliary circuits designed to ensure system stability and reliability. And through the completion of system debugging, the hardware system is stable, and can meet the requirements of the control strategy.Final, by the DSP and CPLD programming, paper completes features including the motor soft start, speed control, current and power measurement and calculation, the error integrated treatment, and interaction, and then verifies the stability of the hardware platform and the related effectiveness of the algorithm under the no-load conditions.
