It hopes to make Baishainto a national ecological exemplary village. Consider of global ecological environmentdeterioration and shortage of resources, the low-carbon economic theory is merged into thewhole design and this paper will study on how to build an ecological village in the low-carbonway.We collect basic information by researching, advisory, literature searching andself-experience using, and then we analysis to make some conclusion. Firstly, this paper usesinstance validation. Secondly, this paper compares Baisha design and design of other projects ofdifferent period. Thirdly, this paper inductive and analysis this project to give more advices ofnew rural planning and construction to both Jurong and Jiangsu. All of these study andconclusion will be highly implemented as it is a truly project.Starting from the perspective of new rural planning and construction, combining low-carbonand ecology together, we can make problems in the project solved. The main research andconclusion are as follows:1. This paper analysis the use of low-carbon economic in planning. We try our best toconsider each aspect of the planning with low-carbon economic and make a complete book forplanning.2. This paper analysis the use of low-carbon economic in working drawing. We make ourdesign with less building materials and less funds but make sure of the high quality and fulfillthe use requirements. We have finished all of the working drawing.3. This paper analysis the use of low-carbon economic in construction.
